President & CEO	Joe Stanza Mr. Stanza started Stanza Development in 1970 because he saw the need for consumer-oriented home building services. He remains the visionary and leader of this quality development firm.
Director of Project Operations	Tom Spark Tom has more than 25 years of project management and operations experience, both in residential and commercial building. He is certified as a Master Carpenter and hold a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Technical University in Atlanta, Georgia. Tom is an integral member of our management team and is one of the reasons for our tremendous success.
Field Foreman and Project Inspector	Jimmy Tucker Jimmy has 17 years of experience as a work site foreman, in both the residential and commercial construction industry. He was the work site foreman for the First Bank building and other notable construction projects. He is one of the key reasons we have had zero lost work days since 1995!
Administrative & Human Relations Director	Mandy Stone Mandy has been with Stanza Development Corporation since 1991 and is responsible for all office operations and Human Resources issues. She holds a Senior Human Resources Professional designation and has 10 years of experience. She is one reason Stanza Development has among the lowest turnover rates in the industry!
