Manage a part or the entire project and coordinate between internal departments and outside suppliers. Providing regular status updates in accordance with the client's needs.

Milestones and timelines established for each project

Identify contract manufacturing and/or packaging sites for all types of products lines, full production scale or clinical supply.

Identify alternative packaging suppliers for components for means of cost improvements, delivery delays or quality improvements.

Provide assistance working with suppliers in getting tooling manufactured or improvements made to their process, utilizing statistical monitoring to identify problems earlier.

Design new products package configuration and provide documentation for NDA filings

Establish appropriate specifications and documentation history for transfer from research for full scale production

Troubleshoot existing package componenet problems; provide alternatives or component modifications

Consolidate component inventory across the product lines

Improve product performance
through component design changes

Improve package line efficiencies through introduction of new equipment or modifications to package components

Intergrate new package equipment into existing packaging line
