It is our goal to complete every appraisal assignment both quickly and accurately. We attempt to accurately establish a market value for every property that we appraise. Typical turn around time for appraisals is 3-5 days.

Twenty-five years of appraisal experience has led us to the conclusion that exaggerating or understating values is a disservice to the client, the community, and all people that are directly affected by the appraisal. We feel that an accurate market value estimate should be the ultimate goal of each and every appraisal.

Our office hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. However, our staff of appraisers work Monday through Saturday and are very flexible for scheduling appointments.
